  2. Hi, any substitution ideas for the almond meal in the paleo bread recipe? I'm allergic to almonds. Also as I'm allergic to dairy, do you think Ghee would work in place of butter or the coconut oil? I'd love to hear your ideas as I've been dying for a fantastic coconut flour banana bread recipe! Thanks!

  4. Hey there, you can definitely use ghee or even rice bran oil in place of the butter/coconut oil.

Can you have other nuts? If so, cashew or hazelnut meal would work perfectly - or even ground sunflower seeds!

  5. For your 4 ingredient grain free donuts, do I have to use a donut pan? I wanted to make tees as the appeal to be super easy, but I am not sure what I do. I am not sure how the consistency of the batter should be, (don't know if it's too liquidy to just out on a parchment lines pan)
I really like this recipe and want to try it, BUT I DONT HAVE A DONUT PAN SO I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!

    1. Hey there,
You won't be able to make it on a parchment lined pan, however, you can use a cake or muffin tin if you prefer. Just adjust the cooking time.

    1. Hi there, it really depends on the size you're baking. I would recommend baking for 30 mins, then checking if more time is needed.
