- Peanut Butter
- Brown Sugar
- White Sugar
- Gluten Free Plain Flour
- Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs

Ingredients
- 60g butter
- 1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
- 1 cup (120g) gluten free plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Optional: Mix ins of your choice like chocolate chips, chopped nuts, chopped candy bar pieces etc.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C/355F.
- Line an 8x8" baking pan with baking paper and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt your butter and remove from the heat. Mix in your peanut butter and sugars.
- Sift your flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and add your peanut butter mixture and eggs, mix until just combined. If adding any mix ins, stir them through.
- Pour your blondie mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 mins or until golden and cooked through.
- Leave to cool before slicing and enjoying.
- These blondies will keep for 2-3 days in an airtight container and can also be frozen to defrost and enjoy later.
