But whilst I love my more traditional Kid Friendly Rocky Road Recipe, I love playing around with different flavours and ingredients and so far have 5 rocky road recipes I alternate between.
On the blog already are my Cookies and Cream Rocky Road Recipe, Easy S'mores Rocky Road Recipe and last year's Christmas fave, the Peppermint Crunch Rocky Road Recipe.
This Very Berry Rocky Road Recipe is yet another twist - and a delicious one at that.
Combining creamy white chocolate with tart berris, fluffy marshmallows and cookie chunks, it's sure to be a hit - and sure to impress as an addition to your Christmas dessert spread!
So let me share the recipe with you! >>
