Easy White Christmas Slice Recipe - gluten free, quick, christmas recipe, no bake recipe

A traditional Australian favourite, this Easy White Christmas Slice Recipe is gluten free, egg free and so delicious. Puffed rice cereal, white chocolate, coconut, cream, pistachios, cranberries and raisins combine for a delicious no bake dessert recipe!

Up until last year, I'd never actually eaten White Christmas.

Was it available? Yes! But for some reason, I was convinced it was disgusting. Possibly because my parents weren't fans - or maybe I'd heard someone say it was gross - but I had it stuck in my head that it was gross.... until I tried making it myself.

Now? I feel like I've missed out on 20 something years of deliciousness!
