Up until last year, I'd never actually eaten White Christmas.
Was it available? Yes! But for some reason, I was convinced it was disgusting. Possibly because my parents weren't fans - or maybe I'd heard someone say it was gross - but I had it stuck in my head that it was gross.... until I tried making it myself.
Now? I feel like I've missed out on 20 something years of deliciousness!
This White Christmas Slice Recipe is anything but disgusting.
It's full of flavour, creamy white chocolate, crunchy pistachios, tangy cranberries and coconutty goodness. It's the best of everything in one slice and it's so easy to make.
