Perfect for entertaining, this homemade Lemon Cream Cheese Fruit Dip is quick, easy and made for sharing! All you will need is cream cheese, greek yogurt, powdered sugar and lemon for this gluten free fruit platter dessert!
Ingredients
- 225g cream cheese*
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt**
- 1/2 cup (50g) powdered sugar/icing sugar, sifted
- The juice and zest of one small lemon
Instructions
- Add your cream cheese, yogurt and sugar to a mixer and beat until combined.
- Whilst beating, add your lemon juice and lemon zest and mix until combined.
- Spoon into serving bowl and serve with a fruit platter, slices of pound cake or vanilla cake, cookies or whatever you fancy.
Notes:
*You can use full fat or reduced fat cream cheese. Brick style full fat cream cheese will make a thicker dip whilst spreadable reduced fat cream cheese will make a softer dip.
**Again, you can use full fat or reduced fat yogurt. I used full fat greek yogurt because it's creamier.
