I love entertaining - but I don't always have the time to whip up an elaborate spread... and to be honest, sometimes I don't have the energy for it.
So I have a few quick entertaining tricks up my sleeve for when we have people coming over and I need to whip something up to share.
Hummus hacks may just be one of my favourite tricks. They're quick, budget friendly, healthy and delicious - so what's not to love?
When SSS Foods gave me their Natural Hommus to try, I knew exactly what I needed to do with it.
Their hommus is made in the traditional way with no nasties - and it's gluten free, dairy free, nut free, palm oil free, preservative free, canola free and vinegar free so it will be a hit with almost anyone!
I grabbed a serving platter, washed and chopped some veggies and created what may just be the most delicious hummus hack of all time!
Better still? Whilst it looks seriously impressive, you can have the entire platter made in less than 10 minutes.
So let me share the recipe with you >>
