Hello there! Happy Friday!
This week has felt super busy and a little bit frantic - but the weekend is here and I'm looking forward to a weekend of crafting, relaxing and (hopefully!) much nicer weather.
With our Disneyland trip fast approaching, we're madly making t-shirts and plans and getting everything ready and I cannot wait.
But before we get to that, I've got to catch you up on our week.
Here's what's been happening in our world recently! >>
Recently Acting Like: Little kids on the new playground.
Jesse had his workout group at the park last Saturday so we headed to the park early just to go on the new slide 😜
It was actually so much more work than I imagined. Climbing up that tower is pretty tough - and I almost gave up at one point because I thought I had a whole other section to climb (and it was getting high) - but luckily I was actually at the top already and didn't have any further to go.
Heights aren't my friend and that tower is pretty darn tall.
I was also mildly concerned that it probably wasn't built for adults and I didn't feel like dying yet.
I only went down once and then headed off on my walk - but Jesse convinced the whole workout group to go up with him again and they used it as their warm up 🤣
Recently Loving: Our new Project PARGO drink bottles and travel cups! We have our personalised small metal water bottles that we use all the time, but I always feel like it's not enough water if we're out for the whole day so these PARGO water bottles are perfect as they hold just under 1 litre of water.
Better still, every purchase helps to provide clean drinking water to people in need!
Recently Becoming: A Get Away Today partner which means you guys can get discounted Disneyland tickets as well as holidays, accommodation and flights to the US, Hawaii, Mexico and a bunch of other locations. You can also get discounted tickets to Disney World, Universal Studios (in CA and FL) and Legoland!
All you have to do is use this link and the coupon code SOUTHERNINLAW10 when booking!
Recently Making: ALLLL the T-shirts with my assistant who is addicted to Cricut-ing. I can't wait to share what we've made.
We'll have a t-shirt for every day of our trip and whilst some are matching, most are just coordinating as they fit the same theme. They have been SO fun to make and I kind of want to make custom shirts for every day of my life haha!
Recently Receiving: Jesse's Australian passport - and he's very much feeling like James Bond with his multiple passports 😛
Recently Posting: How to Make a DIY Shadow Lantern with the Cricut Maker! This post has been such a huge hit and I am so glad because I am OBSESSED with the lantern! I'm planning on making a Christmas themed one - and possibly a Nightmare Before Christmas halloween themed lantern for my sister.
As well as this deeelicious Copycat Coconut Chocolate Chip Larabar Bliss Balls Recipe which I can't stop eating. SOOOOO good!
