Helllooooo sweet friend, Happppyyy Friday!
And happy first Friday of 2019! As you might have noticed, my recipe posts have received a little makeover (both the look of the photos and the posts)... but these Recent Things posts are staying the same... for now!
Whilst I know many of you loved the blue table as you could immediately recognise it was one of my recipes (and so many of you asked me where you could buy one, haha), I felt like it was time for a change.... but I'm not going to change everything on you all at once so these Recent Things posts are here to stay!
I don't know why, but it seems you guys like to hear about what's been happening in our boring world,
So let me catch you up on our week! >>
Recently Doing: A wholeeee lotta nothing. Jesse has had time off work so we've spent the last two weeks doing a whole lot of nada.
Apart from Christmas and spending time with friends, we've just been hanging out at home, working on little projects and REEEELAXING - and whilst I was a little irritated at first (because I like to always have something to do as I feel unproductive if I don't do anything), I'm learning just to soak it up.
Recently Watching: Wreck it Ralph Breaks the Internet! SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!
Recently Laughing At: Jason Momoa as Maui - just you wait, Disney will decide to make a live action Moana in 2020 and Jason Momoa will be Maui... watch this space 😛
Recently Loving: Shopback! I think I'm late to the party, but I just joined Shopback this week as I was doing some online shopping and I was so glad I did.
Everytime you shop through Shopback at one of their supported retailers, you get a percentage of your purchase back. Once your account reaches $10, you can cash it out and get that money in your bank account.
If you sign up with this link, you'll get $5 into your account once you make any purchase of $20 or more at one of their retailers. So far I've used Shopback for Myer, Cotton On, iHerb and ASOS!
NOT sponsored, I'm just a bargain queen who can never help but share a killer deal, haha!
Recently Considering: A trip to Tokyo in 2019! It's the one place people always warn me about because it's apparently incredibly difficult to do gluten free (let alone gluten free when you have coeliac disease), but we desperately want to go to Tokyo Disney.
Who knows, you might see a "This is how you can do Tokyo Gluten Free" travel series later in the year 😛
Recently Reading: Calm the F**k Down, Why Mummy Drinks and The Boy (so good - though it took me a while to get into!).
Also, this photo is totally a sneak peek of next week's recipe!
Recently Posting: This Easy Baked Carrot Falafel Recipe - SO good!
But tell me,
How has your week been?
Where's one place you'd love to travel to?
And what's one thing you've loved about the week so far?
