Why hello there! I am excited that it's Friday because it's a longgggggggggggggggggg weekend!
Jesse has been working seriously hard lately so I'm looking forward to a weekend spent with him! But before we get to the weekend, let's recap the week!
Here's what's been happening in our world recently! >>
Recent Cuteness: Trixie has been wanting cuddles alllllllllllll week long! This is how we've been sitting together on my kneeling chair (though not kneeling because that wouldn't work - instead I sat with my feet on the knee bits instead :P
Recent Weirdness: Jesse asked me to take a photo of him eating his fruche the other day and I still don't really know why? He wanted me to assure you he doesn't actually have five chins on a normal day :P

Melissa made my Healthy Banana Baked Protein Oatmeal Recipe whilst Sarah made my Healthy Cheesy Chicken Rice Bowl Recipe for dinner for her family.
And it was National Donut Day on Friday (I think?) so lots of you made our Healthy Grain Free Baked Donuts Recipe!
Recent Purchases: These socks. I have no regrets. You will now see me zipping through the house so my capes flap in the breeze, hahaha!
Recent Fashion Inspo: Paddington Bear, the fashion icon. Yup, this weekend I channelled P.B with my red gumboots at church on Sunday as our front yard was flooded and it was POURING with rain after a weekend of non stop rain.
I hope all of you on the east coast of Australia didn't get hit too hard by the awful storms over the weekend! :(
Recent gamer attire (title by the man himself): This hoodie turned up in the mail this week. Yup, that's a Link (from The Legend of Zelda) Hoodie which Jesse ordered a while ago without telling me. He then proceeded to take umpteen million photos, upload them on facebook and then tell me how to write this little bit to tell you all about it.
I hope you're impressed, guys! Jesse thinks you should be ;)

Recent Breakfasts: This week I've been chopping and changing between hot oatmeal bowls, cold muesli bowls and strawberry shortcake breakfast bakes!

Recent Dinners: I feel like I'm probably not going to be posting what we eat for dinner on Instagram every single night, however, I'll share things here and there when I remember to take a photo/the photos don't look awful - but I'll still share our weekly meal plan with you all here! Here's what we've been eating this week:
- Friday: Our Healthy Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup Recipe
- Saturday: Our Healthy Cheesy Chicken Rice Bowls Recipe
- Sunday: Our Healthy Boscaiola Pasta Recipe
- Monday: Cheesy Fish Pie - a new recipe I experimented with a few weeks ago that Jesse loves and now wants to eat every single day (which is HUGE for someone who doesn't like fish!)
- Tuesday: TACO TUESDAY! This week we actually had tacos (because we bought taco holders from ALDI and they're a novelty item for now! :P)
- Wednesday: Cheesy Quinoa with Chicken and Salad
- Thursday: Homemade Falafel with a bunch of different sides (including our Healthy Garlic and Herb Yogurt Dip Recipe)
