It's FRI-YAY! I am so ready for the weekend. After a seriously full on (but productive!) week, I'm ready to relax!
But first, let me share what's been happening in our world recently! >>

Also, a tip if you're coeliac. You might notice some of these products contain glucose syrup (from wheat) when you're reading the ingredients lists. Wheat glucose syrup is gluten free (though it's not suitable for those with a wheat allergy as well as coeliac disease) as it is so processed that it removes the gluten protein.
And yup, that's a long list because it just goes to show being coeliac does not mean you have to miss out! These are only the Cadbury Products that are gluten free - there are plenty of other options from other brands as well!
Recent Must Have: Coffee, for sanity purposes. Whilst I really love my work and my clients, sometimes there's just one or two people that drive me mad and this week I've been driven to the point of insanity. That's when I stand up, make a coffee and breathe :P
Recent Creations: Super simple little Easter Gifts for our Mainly Music Mums! They'll be getting a jellybean treat with a cute Easter poem to go with them! If anyone wants the printable/poem, let me know and I'll happily email it to you!
Recent Cuteness: Meet Sunny, our fur-niece. She's my may-as-well-be-sister's new puppy and we are obsessssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed! She may not be ours, however, she gets to come over to our house whenever Lily does so we still get puppy cuddles!
Recent Laughs: Trixie's own workout routine. Whenever I'm working out, Trixie insists on joining me and stretching herself out on my mat. She's great at downward facing dog but is still perfecting her iso holds as you can see here.
We also went and saw Deadpool on Saturday and it was such a great movie! I was worried it'd be a little too action-y for me, however, it was the perfect mix of comedy and action! Definitely see it if you haven't already!
Recent Dinners: I kind of realised we've been having a lot of cheese this week, however, can you ever go wrong with cheese?!
Last Friday night we had Friday Fakeout with homemade pizzas that were soooooooooo delicious I might just have to make them again tonight.
On Saturday we had my Healthy Creamy Potato Bake Recipe with grilled chicken and veggies.
On Sunday I made gnocchi for the first time ever (and managed to do pretty well!) and served that with a creamy chicken sauce and salad on the side.
On Monday night Jesse asked for one of our all time favourite dinners; my Healthy Creamy Chicken and Ricotta Lasagna Recipe. That lasagna never fails to satisfy <3
Mexican Martes/Taco Tuesday rolled around again and whilst Jesse had actually tacos, I wasn't feeling like them so I decided to make a taco quinoa bake instead! SO so good!
On Wednesday I made our Healthy Cheesy Tuna Pasta Bake Recipe with a few little tweaks to make it extra creamy and delicious. I've edited the recipe so you can try it too!
Last night our dinner didn't involve any kind of cheese, ha! Instead we had Korean Beef over rice with ALLL THE VEGETABLES on the side. For some reason Jesse doesn't like veggies mixed in with the meat for this stir fry - hence the picture!
But tell me, how has your week been?
Are you ready for Easter? How will you be celebrating?
And what's the best thing you've eaten this week?
