Why helllllllllooooo my loves! It's Friday and I am just three days away from energy.... well... an iron infusion.... but hopefully that gives me energy sooner rather than later ;P
Lots and lots has been happening this week and I have plenty to share so let's jump into it!
Here's what we've been up to recently >>
Recent Loves: Teaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I always love tea but this past Saturday, Jesse and I headed out to a cafe for the morning. I had the best peppermint tea from Tea Pigs in the UK which was SO so good. Got to find some of that ASAP!
We were at Bay Vista Dessert Cafe at Brighton and I was SERIOUSLY wishing they had some gluten free items on their menu as holyyyyyyyyyyyy yum.
Recent Obsession: Smoothies! I cannot stop drinking protein smoothies at the moment. Banana or strawberry ones are my top faves at the moment ;)

Recent Health: Yesterday I had acupuncture in preparation for my iron infusion on Monday! I don't know how to feel about the iron infusion after having such a bad reaction to the last one! I've decided it'll be what it'll be - I'll either be perfectly well or react badly and that's that! Let's see what next week brings!
Recent Rituals: My morning ritual is always the same. Breakfast + Tea + Bible Time. I can't start my morning without all of those things.
Recent Fun: On Saturday Night we had Tom and Mel over for dinner and busted out some old fashioned fun with jenga :P We have a billion and one types of Jenga, however, our latest addition is Jenga Boom (which is fun, but the game is WAY too short as the tour explodes in about a minute). Our all time favourite though? UNO jenga - way more challenging than normal jenga as you've got to play by the UNO rules ;P
Recent Obsession: Raw treats! I cannot stop making raw treats this week - as you may have seen in this week's recipes! In case you missed them, this week on the blog is our Healthy Raw Cookie Dough Bites Recipe and Healthy Raw Cookie Dough Brownies Recipe - both of which are vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free and deeeeeeeeelish!

We'll be at the farmers' market tomorrow morning to pick up some deliciousness and then the plan is to go for either a hike or a walk across the Como bridge to have tea by the water and then we've got church on Sunday!
