Six Sentence Sunday: 15th February, 2015

Whilst we didn't end up going out last night for Valentines Day (as I was in severe pain all day long and Jesse wasn't feeling too great, we had a lovely evening at home with homemade healthy baked chicken schnitzels and chips, finished off with microwave chocolate cake a' la mode for dessert!

We're working on a couple of different projects at the moment, however, I'd love to know; would you be interested in a Healthy Single Serve Microwave Recipe eBook filled with a bunch of delicious recipes that can be made in minutes (with paleo/gluten free/sugar free/low fat/vegan etc options)?!

I'm somewhat obsessed with microwave recipes at the moment and I'm seriously obsessed with this Paleo Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies for One Recipe

If you're looking for something fun to do in Sydney over the next couple of weeks, be sure to check out Taronga Zoo's awesome concert series, Twilight at Taronga, for a totally unique date night or night out with friends (I'm wishing we would have felt better so we could have gone last night!)

This week it looks like my awesome husband will be home once again (hoorah!) so we're thinking up a bunch of delicious new dinner recipes to try so that we can share lots of new recipes here on the bloggity!

If you're looking for a breakfast treat, be sure to try our Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes - we had them for breakfast yesterday and I'd forgotten just how awesome they are!

But tell me, how has your weekend been?
And what do you think about a Microwave Recipe eBook?

  1. I'd definitely be interested in a microwave recipes eBook! While I'm at college, a recipe that can be made in minutes, in the microwave, is the best kind of recipe! :)

  2. There are days that I get a craving for a cookie but I don't want (or need) a whole batch sitting around. I love that I can now fulfill this craving with ingredients that i have readily available. Thanks for sharing this. I pinned for the days I get those cravings.
