Six Sentence Sunday: November 23rd, 2014

I am currently wanting to go right back to bed and sleep for another three hours as we had to be up early this morning up being late last night for Katrina's birthday party and I have not had enough sleep but we've got church to go to and we're on welcoming this morning so we have to be there early.

I have definitely realised lately that I need to say no a whole awful lot more - because it only takes one yes to be stuck doing something you seriously don't want to be doing.

Our veggies are going nuts at the moment  and I am hoping they survive the 40°C day ahead as we have so many cucumber and zucchini flowers popping up and I'm desperate to harvest something!

I'm currently eating a bowl of Gingerbread Granola with cottage cheese, raisins, peanut butter and chia seeds and it's seriously, ridiculously good - just thought you should know that.

I just cannot shake this cold/cough/grossness I have had for the last week - and I don't think being outside at night helps any as I am cough, cough, coughing this morning.

Now I need to get a move on and make some breakfast for Jesse so I can dash out for a walk, have a shower, get ready and goooooooo (then come back home as quickly as we can so I can take a nap :P)

But tell me, how has your weekend been?

  16. "Hmm...what recipe to can I use my Oliving by Hans Range in?" I think to myself, peeling off the seal and placing a slice of ham into my eagerly awaiting mouth. "Perhaps something light and fresh..." I ponder on the idea as another piece of delicately sliced ham is welcomed to my belly. As I look down to reach for just one more, I am surprised to see an empty tray. "Looks like dinner will have to wait, I'm off to Coles for more Oliving ham!"
