Another busy weekend - so it's time for another 6 Sentence Sunday - I'd love you to join in too in the comments!
Our Saturday was spent shopping, watching Beauty and the Beast, baking (and eating) mini cheesecakes and enjoying relaxing together.
My entire family think someone has switched me when they weren't looking as the girl who never in her life liked TV is now obsessed with Beauty and the Beast.
This iron infusion has been a crazy roller coaster ride - I've gone from feeling incredible to feeling pretty lousy and now I'm just feeling average and hoping that I'm back to feeling great ASAP.
Our Sunday is insanely busy, Church, Meetings, Safe Ministry Training, Discipleship Explored and then home to madly make dinner and put our feet up and next week is going to be even busier!
This is why you'll never find waffle recipes on the blog...
We've turned into that crazy couple who buy their dog presents 24/7 - meet the new addition to Chanel's collection of "babies", Lamby.
But tell me, what was your last kitchen fail?
Do you spoil your pet like a child too?
And sum up your weekend for us in a couple of sentences!
I have only ever had a waffle fail once! I was really surprised to and really sad. But I blame on the fact that it was the first time I was making them during the day so I could freeze them for during the week. I usually only make them in the mornings. Well obviously making them during the day and having good freezing intentions was not liked by my waffle iron and they completely just stuck and disappeared into nothing and the grills. I was pretty mad throwing out perfectly good ingredients, haha!
ReplyDeleteThose mini cheesecakes look adorable! I'm a firm believer that anything 'mini' tastes better! I've never really tried to make waffles at home, but at all Texas hotels they have waffle irons in the shape of Texas. I've never failed at those because they are essentially failproof, but I'm pretty sure I would fail miserably if I attempted at home!
ReplyDeleteI am with you - I love mini things!!
ReplyDeleteOh you lucky duck - you must have a good waffle iron, haha!
ReplyDeleteI so love and laugh at how obsessed you are with B&B now! ( Because then I can justify being obsessed too, hehe. ) I'm two and a half episodes away from finishing...bummer :( Might just have to start it over ;)
ReplyDeleteEeeeek - I hate when series end! We're trying to pace ourselves ;P
