Why hello, my loves! As you may already know, I'm a bit of a handbag lover and until recently everything went into my handbag - including my beloved Bertha (that's my DSLR, in case you were wondering how I fit either a pet or a person in my handbag).
The problem with putting my DSLR in my handbag is that it has the potential to be bumped and knocked - even with all of my stuff padding it out. When traveling, my handbag camera bag solution totally didn't work - so I then had to carry a ridiculously hideous camera bag as well....

ReplyDeleteMy tip is the "Rule of 3". Split your shot into 3 sections and keep the subject in one of these.
My best tip is to relax and enjoy the moment, be open, reflective and get your kids involved!! My seven year old taught me how to look at things differently and the results amaze me.

ReplyDeleteAlways keep your camera in your car. There are plenty of times I've seen beautiful sunsets on the way home from work - or passed by something too interesting to not take a picture of.

ReplyDeleteMy best tip is to not ask ur children to smile, just make them laugh! The smile always looks better and is a real smile not the forced ones they make that are always just a little odd lol
