GIVEAWAY: Cranky Cow Lactose Free Flavoured Milk

Like me, I know that a lot of you're reading Southern In-Law have allergies or intolerances - and you know what? They suck!

No funky ingredients - big thumbs up!

But don't worry, allergies and intolerances don't mean you have to miss out on everything. In fact, Cranky Cow Milk make it possible for lactose intolerant people to enjoy drinking milk again!

Cranky Cow Milk is Australia's first bottled lactose-free flavoured milk - and it tastes amazing. I, luckily, don't have a lactose intolerance and nor does anyone in my family, however, we all loved these Chocolate and Iced Coffee flavoured milks. 

Does the fact that it's lactose free change the taste? Certainly not! As you can see on the ingredients list - these milks are made from regular reduced fat milk, but have Lactase added, which is the enzyme which allows the body to break down and convert lactose into glucose (something that those with lactose intolerances cannot do).

As well as the milk itself, I love the quirky packaging and branding. Here's the back story of the Cranky Cow. 

"Imagine being born a cow in a field, with all the excited potential of a future full of grazing, mooing and looking clueless at passers-by. Everything's rosy. 

Until, that is, the first drink from mum's udder leads to discomfort and bloating - a cow with lactose intolerance hasn't a chance in the paddock.
