Jesse is on the plane. I have spoken to a lovely woman at Qantas who called me directly to reassure me that they are also disgusted in how Jesse and the other passengers have been treated.
Jesse is currently on the plane in seat 55A and will be arriving in Sydney at 9:55am tomorrow morning.
It seems that it was the staff in Dallas that were the issue - and not Qantas - but I will surely find that out over the coming days.
Here's hoping I'm posting tomorrow that he's here!
Update 25/03/13: Apparently that loveliness didn't apply to Jesse - he didn't feel like he was listened to whatsoever when talking to her and still does not want to fly QANTAS again unless something else can restore his faith in the airline. As huge QANTAS fans previously, we're really disappointed :(
