In addition to the numerous recipes posted on Southern In-Law each week, Kristy also works with numerous companies and individuals around the world to create custom developed recipes to suit each individual brief.

Here are just some of the Recipe Development and Food Photography Projects we've been working on recently;

Greatist.com contacted us about developing & photographing two recipes for their "100 Healthy Recipes Anyone Could Make" eBook Cookbook. This Paleo Banana Bread Recipe is the first of the two recipe featured in this cookbook which we created. This Paleo Banana Bread Recipe is gluten free, grain free, paleo, low sugar, low fat and dairy free.

The second recipe we created & photographed for Greatist's "100 Healthy Recipes Anyone Could Make" eBook Cookbook was this Carrot Cake Smoothie. The smoothie recipe needed to suit their varied audience and is thus gluten free, dairy free, sugar free & vegan.

These Chocolate Swirl Banana Muffins were created to showcase Freedom Foods' New Smudge Spread. The recipe needed to be gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and lower in fat and sugar to suit Freedom Foods' target market. Kristy also did all of the food photography for this recipe.

Dairy Australia came to us looking for a recipe to show off the 2014 Award Winning Creme Fraiche from YEA Brand Dairy. They wanted something that showcased the product yet was still light and easy to make and thus this Spaghetti with Fresh Herbs, Zucchini and Creme Fraiche Recipe was born! This recipe development project also included all food photography and a sponsored post on Southern In-Law.

Australia's Own Organics came to us looking for a recipe to show off their new Coconut Almond Milk Blend. The recipe needed to be low fat, gluten free, nut free, sugar free and dairy free to suit their target market. Kristy also did all of the food photography for this recipe.

Chang's were interested in working with us on both recipe development and sponsored posts on the blog. We created three Asian inspired recipes for Chang's to fit in with their Australia Day/Summer Barbeque promotions. The first of which being this Asian Inspired Noodle Salad with Creamy Peanut Dressing which was gluten free & vegan. As well as developing the recipe, Kristy also did all of the food photography and created a sponsored post for Chang's on Southern In-Law.

Our Summer Barbeque series for Chang's continued with these Asian Inspired Chicken Burgers, topped with Asian Slaw and Creamy Mayonnaise. As well as developing the recipe, Kristy also did all of the food photography and created a sponsored post for Chang's on Southern In-Law.
